Order Information:
There are four ways to place your order:

- Send us a fax at (703) 940-1430. You can find our order form on the left, and we will confirm receipt of faxed orders within 48 hours, weekends excluded. Please include your fax and phone number on each page.

Payment Options:
We accept Visa or MasterCard and all orders will receive an email confirmation for your convenience.
Availability and Shipping
We will do our best to fulfill your order with the items requested, but we also make changes to our inventory based upon the discovery of new and unique items, product availability and seasonal differences. Any substitutions will be made with items of equal or greater value and the quality will never be compromised.
Shipping charges are in addition to the cost of the gift purchased. Orders received before 1:00 pm will be processed the same business day. Order received after 1:00 pm will be processed either the same day or the next business day and then shipped based on the shipping method selected.
We currently ship using United Parcel Service (UPS) and U.S. Postal Service) USPS and ship only within the United States and Canada.

Shipping delays may be incurred during various holidays as well as for multiple orders. We will contact you via email or phone if we foresee any shipping delays with your order.
Please note as a precaution we will not ship to P.O. boxes and not deliver any alcohol.
Local Hand Deliveries: Washington DC Metro Area:
Hand delivery is available year round throughout the Washington DC Metro area Monday through Saturday between 1:00 6:00 pm. Holiday season deliveries for Washington DC Metro area are Monday Saturday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm Eastern Time. Delivery charges are in addition to the cost of the gift purchased. Our delivery charge (up to three gifts) is $10.00 to $15 per location. We will add an additional charge of $9.00 per every three gift increments delivered to the same location. We will ship gifts for delivery outside of a 15-mile radius of the DC Metro area.
Proper Delivery Address:
The delivery and shipping charges cover only one delivery attempt. Please confirm a correct address and be sure to include suites or apartment numbers (if applicable), as well as a phone number to avoid possible delays, or re-delivery/re-routing charges. If a gift is returned to us because incorrect or insufficient address, we will make every attempt to contact you for the right address.
Delivery to Hospitals:
When placing an order for delivery to a patient, hospital staff member or doctor, please make sure that you include as much information about the patient or the Doctors location as possible.
International Orders:
We ship within the 50 states and Canada. Shipments outside the United States are subject to extra shipping charges and applicable duties, fees, tariffs and taxes.

Hours of Operation:
Our hours of operations are from 8:00 am 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (Eastern Time). However, you can order a gift on line or by fax anytime. We accept orders year-round, 24 hours a day.
We do not ship chocolate during the warm months of May until September. We can substitute meltable chocolates with other chocolate items such as cookies or fudge.
Personalized Gifts:
Add a ribbon imprinted with your company name, logo or personal message to any gift. There is a minimum quantity for customized ribbon. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing, and all Holiday orders may require an earlier lead time for processing. Please contact us for more detailed information.
Corporate Accounts
A company account may be established. We do request a credit card to have on file for the first order. Invoices go out within three days after the order is placed. Any bill past due by 60 days or more, will be placed on the credit card and will incur a $25 late fee.
We are delighted to create a special gift for any and all occasions. We handle many large corporate orders for events, parties, tournaments, conventions and all other corporate gifting. Include your corporate logo (branded items, brochures, etc.) to any of our gifts to give your company that special touch you are looking for.
Sales Tax:
Virginia State law requires that we collect sales tax on deliveries and shipments. A 5% sales tax is charged before shipping or delivery charges are added only on orders sent within Virginia.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
We are committed to providing superior products and fast, reliable service to our customers. If you or your gift recipient is not completely satisfied with the quality of a delivered product, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement, refund or a credit on any items returned to us within 5 working days of your receipt. Please call or email us to obtain authorization. All perishable or personalized cannot be returned. A 20% restock fee will be charged on custom baskets. Delivery/shipping and handling fees are also non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We will make every effort to accommodate any changes, however, once an order has been shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges as well as a 20% restocking fee on any canceled order. Refunds and/or credits can only be given upon return of merchandise in original unopened condition.
Your privacy and the protection of your data is our primary concern. C&C Unique Gift Baskets will not sell or release your personal information to other companies or organizations.
